📅 Delivery time:
Orders will be delivered within 1-3 days to the nearest Nova Poshta branch or by courier to the specified address. You can also receive your order at the self-service kiosk.

🛒 What can be delivered:
Delivery is available for non-food products and products with a shelf life of over 30 days that do not require special temperature conditions.

💸 Delivery cost:
The delivery cost starts from 72 UAH, depending on the weight and size of the item. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout on the website. The payment for Nova Poshta’s services is made by Zakaz.ua. The cost of delivery, including Nova Poshta service charges, will be added to your total order cost.

🔑 How to receive your order:
Once your order arrives at the Nova Poshta branch, you will receive an SMS notification on your phone.
To pick up your order, you need to have the following:

Express waybill number (which you will receive via SMS);
Original Ukrainian passport or foreign passport;
Or a phone with the number specified in the express waybill.
Your order will be stored at the branch for up to 5 days. If you cannot pick it up on time, please contact customer support to arrange an extension of the storage period.

❗Important points:

If the order is not picked up within 5 days, it will be considered completed, and the cost of the item and delivery services will not be refunded.
If the order is damaged after receiving it, the customer can contact Zakaz.ua customer support to resolve any issues.

⚠️ Items not eligible for exchange or return:
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection," the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a list of products of proper quality that are not eligible for exchange or return. These include:

Feather and down products
Soft toys for children
Inflatable rubber toys for children
Gloves
Tulle and lace fabrics
Underwear
Bedding
Hosiery and socks
Printed publications
Laser-readable discs with recording
Baby products (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.)
Personal hygiene products (epilators, electric shavers, hair clippers, etc.)
Food products (baby food, etc.)

❗If you cannot pick up your order personally, there are several options:

If you cannot pick up the order yourself, you can request a change of recipient to another person.
If the customer cannot pick up the order at the Nova Poshta branch specified in the order, they can request a redirection of the order, paying for all delivery services related to the redirection of the order.
